  • We also offer a variety of hors d'oeuvres which can create a fun cocktail style atmosphere for your charter.

Southern BBQ:

Buffet to Include: Tossed Garden Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Smoked Pork Ribs, BBQ Chicken (Perdue quarters: dark & white meat), Buttery Corn, Home-style Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Dinner Rolls & Butter.  Cookies & Brownies.

A Taste Of Italy:

Welcome Aboard Cheese & Cracker Platter.

Buffet to Include: Traditional Caesar Salad with Garlic Croutons, Chicken Parmesan, Penne Alfredo, Meatballs Marinara, Dinner Rolls & Butter. Dessert: Tiramisu, Coffee & Tea.

A Taste of the Caribbean:

Welcome Aboard Hors d’oeuvres: Coconut Chicken Skewers with Mango Salsa, Sweet & Sour Cocktail Meatballs.

Buffet to Include: Mixed Greens Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, Hawaiian Style Pork Roast, Jamaican Jerk Chicken (Perdue quarters: dark & white meat), Pineapple Fried Rice, Steamed Vegetable Medley, Dinner Rolls & Butter. Dessert: Key Lime Pie, Coffee & Tea.

Party Favors & Enhancements to accompany the above themed buffets are available upon request!
